At Inner Peace In-Home Nursing & Care, we recognize that our place is within your home. Therefore, we meticulously select each carer, ensuring a personalized match between the carer and the individual’s need. Our selection process takes into account various factors such as personality, required medical attention, and other specific preferences that you may request.
Team of Qualified Carers
All our carers hold a minimum Certificate III in Aged/Community Care qualification, as well as essential certifications in CPR and First Aid. Moreover, to be a part of the team, they must be capable, resilient, motivated, determined, joyful, empathetic, enthusiastic, compassionate, open-minded, professional, experienced, contemporary, and knowledgeable. We believe that these traits are essential in providing the highest standard of care to our clients.
